Finding the spiritual in the midst of the temporal . . . the goal I believe of a truly connected relationship with the Eternal.
God in a tree, bookcase, piece of carpet, garbage can, maintenance person, child, flower. . . .
God in me; God in you
Do not obscure the manifestation of the Almighty with your own limited view of the capabilities of the Almighty
Who are you to even imagine the box that could contain the Supreme Being?
Who are you to define for all the parameters and limits of the Supreme, Eternal?
Who are you to stand in judgment of the enlightenment of another?
Be humble in your estimations of your ability to know. . . for your borders are small and your intellect is minute.
Be humble as you search for what you can never grasp; as you strive for what you can never achieve.
Be humble as you continue to search and strive.
It is the search and the strife that bring you to the place of humility.
Stand or sit, walk or crawl, prostrate or upright - be in the presence of Eternal, Almighty and do not put words in the empty places. Be still - and know.
